Everton midfielder James Garner will also be included in England’s four-game Nations League squad on an extended international break.
Midfielder Rice played the full game on Saturday as Arsenal suffered their first defeat of the new season, a 3-0 defeat at Brighton and Hove Albion.
However, the England international is said to be managing his minutes after playing 69 games for club and country during last season and this summer’s World Cup.
Rashford and Mainoo came off late in United’s 1-1 draw at Fulham and are being assessed by their club.
Newcastle full-back Livramento has struggled with injuries of late, with a hamstring problem keeping him out of the World Cup after being selected for the tournament in North America.
Having recovered from that problem, Livramento missed Newcastle’s 2-1 win over Hull City on Saturday due to his latest setback, the nature of which has not been confirmed.
England face Spain at Wembley on Saturday before two games with the Czech Republic, which come either side of a trip to Croatia.
