The 2026 Presidents’ Cup gets serious on Saturday, September 26, with the third day of play at Medina No. 3 in Chicago. Saturday’s Presidents Cup pairings and matchups will be revealed on Friday night. Once they are released, they will be reproduced at the bottom of this post. Until then, here’s what we know.
Presidents Cup Day 3 matches: What to know
Unlike day 1 and 2, which featured five games each, Saturday at the Presidents Cup will see eight games played in Medinah. The matches will be divided into two sessions of four matches. The morning matches will use the four-ball format, while the afternoon session will be foursomes.
With eight points up for grabs, the lead could easily change several times.
But we will have to wait until Friday’s games are complete to find out who will play on Saturday morning. Captains Brandt Snedeker and Geoff Ogilvy will reveal their pairings for the Saturday morning four-balls on Friday night.
We’ll have to wait even longer to find out about Saturday afternoon’s fixtures. The captains wait until the end of the first session before selecting their pairs for the foursomes matches.
You can watch Day 3 of the 2026 Presidents Cup on NBC and Golf Channel, with coverage beginning on Golf Channel from 8-9 am ET, then moving to NBC from 9 am-7 pm ET.
