Betting favorites for the Bank of Utah Championship
For the second PGA Tour event in a row, a 21-year-old rookie is the betting favorite before the tournament. That tournament is this week’s Bank of Utah Championship, and that player is Jackson Koivun.
Koivun turned pro in July after a fine showing at the 2026 US Open, then promptly won the 2026 3M Open in his third start as a pro. But last week, Koivun’s star became brighter than ever.
The rookie was selected as a captain’s choice for Brandt Snedeker’s US Presidents Cup team. In three games, Koivu went 2-0-1 to help his team to a comeback win on Sunday.
Now he returns to the PGA Tour to go for victory No. 2, and he does so as the betting favorite with +1200 odds-to-win.
