“I would like to thank my entire team for giving me the opportunity to present my skills on the largest possible platform. I am blessed to be back fighting here at the Prudential Center on Christmas Day in my home state.

“We’re ready to put on a show for everyone at Christmas. It will be a great present for everyone. We will give you a great night full of action.

“For me a dream has come true. I don’t want to spend Christmas any other way. I am living the dream at the age of 19. I can’t wait to perform in front of a huge audience at FOX.

“I’m really excited to be fighting in front of my home fans in New Jersey. This is my toughest opponent so far and I expect a tough fight. You shouldn’t miss that, because we’re definitely delivering fireworks. “

MUHAMMAD SALAAM, Mielnicki’s head coach

“We have put a lot of good work into this camp. A lot of hard work every day trying to do our best on the night of the fight.

“It will be a great achievement on Christmas Day. We put the work in and now we’re going to go out and do what we do best. “
