The Nurmagomedov family continues to win. Usman Nurmagomedov scored his second straight win in the Bellator Cage by running right over Manny Muro in the first round at the Bellator 263 in Los Angeles, California.
From the jump it was clear that Muro was inferior because Nurmagomedov was simply too quick and too smooth with his wrestling transitions. As if that wasn’t enough, his kick game was on point, blowing Muro up with one high kick after another.
Towards the end of the round, Nurmagomedov pinched Muro’s liver with a nasty knee that dropped him onto the canvas. From there, the man pounced on his wounded enemy and relentlessly delivered floor-and-pounds to end the fight. The 23-year-old improves to 13-0, 2-0 under the Bellator umbrella. And coach Khabib Nurmagomedov also takes another win.
