Several teams in the NBA have suffered from COVID-19 outbreaks in their locker rooms, and the Sacramento Kings joined that list on Thursday.
On Thursday, The Atheltic’s Shams Charania reported that the Sacramento Kings are witnessing an outbreak among “a handful of total players entering logs along with a few other staff”.
According to Charania, some Kings members have already signed themselves on the league’s health and safety protocols, including the staff; De’Aaron Fox, Marvin Bagley III, Alex Len and interim head coach Alvin Gentry.
Despite playing for the Kings G League daughter, the Stockton Kings, Louis King has also kept logs Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN.
This season, the Kings are far from the only team having a breakout problem. According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowskiwho have favourited Los Angeles Lakers have four players on league log after Malik Monk cleared the logs Thursday night. The Chicago Bulls and Brooklyn Nets have had breakouts of their own in recent weeks.
The Kings next game is Friday night at home against the Memphis Grizzlies.
