According to multiple reports, the Kings canceled Tuesday training and have “growing concerns” about a possible outbreak among players and coaches postponing their game against the Grizzlies on Friday.

After Coach Alvin Gentry tested positive on Wednesday, Marvin Bagley III and Terrance Davis reportedly entered health and safety protocols the same day, with Bagley testing positive. It was reported that several unnamed teammates and employees. However, these cases have been described as symptomatic cases. Both Gentry and Bagley missed the Kings 119-105 win over the Wizards.
The league rules state that players who test positive for COVID-19 must register two negative tests 24 hours apart in order to return to team activities. The Kings are 12-17 and 5-6 under Gentry, who took over for Luke Walton mid-season.
