Indian tempo champion Jasprit Bumrah appears to have a busy time on the nets ahead of the upcoming Trials against England.
Preparations for the marquee test series against Joe Roots England are in full swing in the Indian camp, as they want to start a fresh start at the beginning of the summer after a disappointing end to their WTC campaign against eventual champions New Zealand.
The Twitter handle of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has posted pictures and videos of Team India’s training sessions at Trent Bridge – the site of the first test.
On Sunday, the BCCI Twitter handle posted a pretty interesting picture of Jasprit Bumrah showing the fast bowler bowling with his pads in the nets.
The caption that the BCCI admin posted the picture with aptly summed up what everyone thinks after looking at the picture.
“He’s got a really busy session on the networks. 😁 #TeamIndia #ENGvIND “read the caption.

Jasprit Bumrah will try to shake off the disappointment with the WTC final and start over
This will be a pivotal streak for Jasprit Bumrah as he seeks to shake off a rare slip he suffered during the Test World Cup final against New Zealand.
Bumrah experienced a nightmare against the Kiwis in the WTC final because he looked rusty and without match practice.
He managed to get back to his best form in the final stages of the finals, but then it wasn’t too late.
Bumrah returned without a wicket and was heavily criticized by Indian fans.
Champion Pacer will seek to set the tone at the start of the series with his performance at a location where he picked up a five-wicket hat in 2018.
