TOKYO—Team Philippines has no plans to ease up on its medal chasing ways with the Tokyo Olympics approaching its home stretch, and neither does the Inquirer have plans of slowing down when it comes to chronicling history.

With its daily print coverage and online breaking stories and features, Inquirer is producing content across multiple platforms to give audiences its fill of Summer Games action straight from Tokyo.

On print, Inquirer produces long-form stories that provide context and detailed behind the scenes offerings that provide readers a glimpse of how history is being written by the gallant national athletes here.

The print platform, which also features in-depth human interest stories, can also be accessed via the paper’s digital offering. The digital platform app,  Inquirer Plus, is also available on the iTunes app store and Google Play store.

The Inquirer’s online channel, meanwhile, produces breaking news that provides real-time updates on how the national athletes’ are doing here. The Sports site has also created a special page for the Olympics, with rich media resources like explainers, features and video offerings.

Inquires Sports’ Facebook page curates links of the top stories from the Olympics—foreign and local—and all Olympic video offerings. Its Twitter account (@INQUIRERsports) offers story links and excerpts plus live updates and photos during ongoing events. Both social accounts also produce informative graphics and animated readables that can further enrich followers’ Olympics content-consumption.

On YouTube, micro-documentaries about the Filipino Olympians and other Summer Games features and readable videos can be viewed at the Inquirer.net YouTube channel.

On the Inquirer Sports Viber community, followers can get breaking updates, plus photos and videos straight from Olympic venues here. The community also features weekly sports quizzes that have been tailored for followers of the Tokyo Games.

The Inquirer sports team’s weekly newsletter, The Stands, has been upgraded to a daily offering for the Olympics, a diary of sorts that chronicles the highlight of the day for Team Philippines that also provides context and historical backgrounds on the achievements of our athletes.

For those into podcasts, Inquirer Sports has partnered with Pumapodcast’s Teka Teka to provide context-providing discussions about the Olympics. Inquirer Golf, meanwhile, is tailing Yuka Saso and Bianca Pagdanganan as they look to provide the country with its first golf Oly mpics medals.

With its multimedia content across the most number of platforms, Inquirer Sports will continue to give its audience a variety of content that can be accessed no matter where you are.
