Signing the duo would make the Sky Blues even more of a super team and almost guarantee they would keep their Premier League crown.
On Monday, City’s ties to Kane were once again the focus of the media, with it being confirmed that the striker did not show up for Tottenham training:

How City could afford Kane and Grealish
With Kane back in the headlines, questions are circulating how exactly Man City could afford to buy Grealish and the Spurs killer in the same window.
As noted by Sam Lee above, deals for the pair could bring the Citizens back to more than £ 215m, while the Telegraph suggests the English champions shouldn’t expect much of £ 220m.
However, the same report also offers a glimpse of how City could raise around £ 150 million for its Kane and Grealish activities.
First, it is alleged that the Manchester giants had £ 45m in the bank from the sale of Leroy Sane, which was not shown in their accounts in 2019/20.
Elsewhere, City has already raised £ 51.4m from the sale of Angelino, Jack Harrison and Lukas Nmecha, as well as a clause that allowed them to earn 15 percent of the £ 72.9m Manchester United paid for Jadon Sancho Has.
Ivan Ilic is also believed to be about to move £ 7million to Hellas Verona, with City hoping to raise at least another £ 40million through the sale of Yangel Herrera, Pedro Porro and Morgan Rogers.
In addition, more money is likely to be raised through loan fees, which would total around £ 150 million.
