Elliot Daly: England again set to return to motion in December after surgical procedure

Elliot Daly started the first Lions Test against South Africa and sat on the bench for the last two games

British and Irish Lions and England’s back Elliot Daly could get active again for Saracens in early December.

The 29-year-old has not played since being replaced in the British and Irish Lions’ second Test loss against South Africa in the summer.

Daly will be starting training soon after having been operated on for a fatigue fracture on her return to the UK.

He hasn’t played for Saracens since he shot one try in The last second leg of the play-off championship in June.

Daly won the last of his 52 caps for England at this year’s Six Nations against Ireland.

Meanwhile, Sarries’ Scottish center Duncan Taylor should be fit again in the next few weeks after an ankle surgery over the summer.

But props Ralph Adams-Hale will be out for up to four months after undergoing surgery to fix a dislocated shoulder.
