UFC fighters do a bang-up job of representing and promoting themselves.
In addition to the multiple domestic violence arrests in the past few weeks, one of which resulted in contract termination, former UFC lightweight champ Conor McGregor is throwing another round of “disturbing” personal attacks on Twitter.
But hey, according to the person in charge, it’s worth the effort.
Here’s an example of today’s Twitter rant that started with longtime rival Khabib Nurmagomedov, who retired from the UFC in the summer of 2020:
I think “cousin woman” is the new “towel woman”.
Nurmagomedov’s longtime friend and manager, Ali Abdelaziz, tried to intervene on behalf of “The Eagle” and well … I don’t think you will be shocked to learn it ended badly.
A female fan spoke out against McGregor during his attack on Nurmagomedov, citing some of the Irishman’s less flattering headlines in recent years, prompting an immediate reaction from the “Notorious” Power Puncher.
Bellator welterweight MMA Dillon Danis, who was tapped by a random bouncer on the Jersey Shore earlier this month on The Garden State, was chasing Abdelaziz because aping McGregor is the only thing an unwashed pile of shit can do.
Maybe one day we’ll be lucky and Russian bots will wipe out social media forever.
