UNCASVILLE, Conn. (AP) — DeWanna Bonner hit 4 3-pointers and completed with 23 factors, Brionna Jones added 21 factors and 9 rebounds, and the Connecticut Solar cruised to a 74-58 win over Chicago on Sunday in a Commissioner’s Cup sport, snapping the Sky’s seven-game win streak.
Jasmine Thomas had 18 factors and three steals and Beatrice Mompremier grabbed a season-high 11 rebounds for Connecticut (10-5).
The Solar restricted Chicago to its lowest scoring output of the season on 33.3% capturing general and 5 of 24 (20.8%) from 3-point vary. Connecticut had 9 steals and compelled 18 turnovers.
