3 replacements for Tua Tagovailoa in 2022

It’s clear that Tua Tagovailoa isn’t the long-term answer for the Miami Dolphins and head coach Brian Flores.

The Miami Dolphins really hit a new low in week 6. In the fight against the winless Jacksonville Jaguars in London, Urban Meyer and Co. stunned Miami with a walk-off victory. That’s a big oops, folks.

While quarterback Tua Tagovailoa threw for 329 yards and two touchdowns, his consistency continues to be an issue and the interception he threw was truly inexcusable as he fell far short of trying to bond with his target.

After all of this, it’s time for Miami to consider its replacement. In this piece we have three options that would surely make sense to her, including the one and only Aaron Rodgers, of course.

3. Aaron Rodgers

This is expected to be Rodgers’ final season with the Green Bay Packers, unless something drastic happens. The future Hall of Famer will be considered to be arguably the best quarterback to ever wear a Green Bay jersey.

However, due to his beef with the front office, it would be insane if Rodgers returned to Lambeau Field next season. Well what about Miami? This is a young and exciting Dolphins team. Rodgers could find his way into town and really take the offensive to a new level.

Even though Rodgers is 37 and will turn 38 in December, Rodgers is still playing at an incredible level. In the 6th week competition with the Chicago Bears, he threw 1,241 yards and 10 touchdowns. The thought of him taking the ball to Jaylen Waddle, DeVante Parker, and others is pretty wild.

Keep in mind that Davante Adams is a free agent even this off-season. He and Rodgers would like to keep playing together. The Dolphins could go on a package deal here and really rock the NFL. If Rodgers wants a fresh start, moving to Miami might be something he would be open to.
